Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Olderby Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use olderby.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this site to work for as many people as we can. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To make the site easier to use, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Need Help Another Way?
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@olderby.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@olderby.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Request a callback
Describe your tree and request an estimate. A provider in our network can follow up with questions and a written quote. Prefer talking? Request a callback to check provider availability.
